If you are returning an item, please make sure your item is well-packed and insured. Stokes International and stokes-int.com.com will not be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please ensure that the item is insured. • Custom manufactured items whereby a preproduction sample was approved prior to the order confirmation;
• Uniform Hats and Winter Fur Yukon Hats are not only considered a Custom product, but due Hygienic Reasons will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
