Returns not accepted after 30 days. Cancelled or Refused Orders will be subject to a 35% restocking fee on each item returned (we will not refund shipping costs). No returns accepted on custom orders, samples, and 5.11 Merchandise.
If you are returning an item, please make sure your item is well-packed and insured. Stokes International and stokes-int.com.com will not be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please ensure that the item is insured. Returns that arrive after 30 days will not be processed or refunded to you. Please be advised returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges.

Custom manufactured items whereby a preproduction sample was approved prior to the order confirmation;
Uniform Hats and Winter Fur Yukon Hats are not only considered a Custom product, but due Hygienic Reasons will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
